- How long do I have to claim route flight compensation or refund?
If your route flight is delayed or cancelled, you can claim compensation from airlines, but there are certain time limits. You have up to 3 years to claim for a delayed or cancelled flight, up to 2 years for denied boarding and up to 7 days for delayed, lost or damaged baggage. However, these time limits may depend on the circumstances of your case.
