How much does AirHelp charge?

Last updated on August 12, 2021

AirHelp operates on a "no win, no fee" policy, which means that if you are not entitled to compensation, their service will be provided to you at no cost. However, if you do receive compensation for a flight delay, cancellation or denied boarding, you will be required to pay AirHelp a service fee, which amounts to 35% of your compensation, as well as a 15% legal action fee if your case is taken to court and they represent you.
