Compensair employs a policy of "no win, no fee" which implies that you will be charged only if they effectively obtain a flight delay compensation for you. Their charge includes 30% of the compensation amount and a 10% legal action fee, but you will only be obliged to pay these fees if your case is successful and you receive a refund.
