It takes some time, but it really works

For the first time I was faced with the cancellation of a flight,I turned to this company for help in compensation,everything went well, if not taking into account the fact that they take a large commission, I received only 170 euros out of 250,a big delay in payments (I waited more than two months).I recommend contacting the airline directly rather than through this service.

The entire process was smooth, the customer service good and in about 6 months I have received the compensation for the flight delay. The reason I do not give 5 stars is because the 30% comission is a bit high and though I sent the compensation claim for me and my partner, they were not processed togheter so we will have to wait another 6 months for my partner compensation

Good job, we receive a compensation from ryanair of 800€ (400×2) after months with no effort. 240€ was the fee. I think is high but I had nothing to do. Iwould repeat with them

Took a long time to get the money back, cost a lot of extra time that I could have used to handle it myself. I did get something back, which is why it’s a two-star instead of a one-star rating. They claim their service is easy to use and it saves time from doing it yourself, but the process was so I’ll communicated, and (deliberately) stalled that I really would have save a lot of time and money to just do it myself. Their fee is high and they are not transparent about what exactly they receive back and what percentage of that they’ve charged. I really would advise to either use another agent or to do it yourself! Using Compensair’s services is truly a waste of time and money, and on top of all of that the communication is not friendly or transparent. Save yourself the headache.

My flight was cancelled in August 2022, which was very disappointing as I couldn’t see my family, and I just had 2 weeks off from work, and I haven’t seen my relatives for almost 2 years. The airlines didn’t do anything about it, they didn’t even bother to offer any alternatives either, so my holidays were basically spoiled. Compensair messaged me a couple of months later saying they would help me out with getting my compensation…to be honest, I thought it might be scam, but I decided to give a try and provided them with my cancelled flight details without giving my personal information away. Just to see if it works. And it did…the process is quite long (in my case, it took 4 months) , which is understandable, but i got compensation just today, which definitely made me feel better. Compensair is great company which is helping out people to get their compensation on delayed flights or cancelled flights. I am using this service for the first time. At one stage, I was told because of adverse weather conditions, I am not getting any compensation from the airlines. But compensair worked on this again and helped me to get some compensation from the airlines. I was delighted when I seen the amount credited in my bank account. I informed my friends about Compensair. I recommend Compensair to everyone who is looking to get compensation for their delayed flights or cancelled flights.

Be aware of their service. They are not trust worthy. Their fee is 30%, it is too much. I was so stressful when my flight was cancelled and my friend sent me a link for this service. I filled the form and when returned home I filled the form to air company straight and in a few days I got compensation. But before it compensationair let me know that the company denied my compensation. I do not think that they did anything about it, they did not claim but received my third compensation for my.big mistake.Never could give them opportunity to earn money that I deserve. Not fair and honest.

It’s impossible to get compensation from Latvian airlines, but with the help of Compensair it became possible! I had a flight in September 2022, which was delayed for almost 24h. Today I got the compensation. It was worth the wait 🙂

I just got my money back! I personally filed a complaint to air company first (because of my canceled flight), but without success! After that, Compensair did the impossible – it recovered my money! They did all the work for me and after 6-7 months I received a compensation from the airline. The only negative thought is they never explained how much their fee was and in the end I received less than I was initially shown. ( not sure if the figure they showed included the fee or not). My travel agency won’t send me my booking information and itinerary and although I’ve sent Compensair a power of attorney they do not contact the travel agency by themselves. My friend registered the claim by himself directly with SAS and payment was made within a week and it’s a really simple procedure, would have I known. Do it by yourself, avoid these services that take large fees.

Highly recommend! Did not believe at all that there is any compensation available for 5h delayed flight from London to Las Palmas. Found their advert on Facebook and applied around 2nd august, today, before Christmas have received compensation for all our family.

They didn’t send the payment for my wife, which they confirmed they had received from the airline. They don’t answer my emails anymore. So Compensair is a company of cheaters.

Claimed a canceled flight on October 8th 2022, received a refund on November 15th 2022. All went good, although the manner of communication and the means of communication are strange and not obvious sometime (received an email from compensair.co instead of compensair.com asking to provide my ID and bank details to some unknown whatsapp number or directly replying to the email). At least submitting such details via website along with the claim would have looked much more decent.

Well, after my trip to US this year, my friend told me to write a complaint about flight being delayed by almost 5 hours. So I did. And compensa air helped me to get this compensation. This took about 3 months but still.

We had a delay of our flight with Ryanair more than 5 hours in July. By means of Compensair we have received Compensation from the flight company. Best service and accuracy!

In july flew to Hungary with ryanair. Flights to go and come back to UK were delayed for longer than 2 hours each way. Compensair returned me 560 euros for the flights by the end of october. They kept a comission of 240 euros and did return 560 euros to us when no one else would do it thanks compensair 🙂

The Compensair company took over all the work to receive compensation for the delayed flight. If you do not want to waste time and effort on contacts with an air carrier use the services of Compensair.

It has been four years since applying for compensation. There is still no result. I don’t recommend it.

In 3 weeks they took care of everything and my money is already in the bank account without having to worry about anything. When i reached out to easyjet they didnt even answered to my complain and with compensair in 3 weeks everything was solved.

Used such service for the first time. The claim does take a few months to be processed but I guess it’s absolutely fine as airline companies have to file the claim etc. I filled out the form in June and received money in September. The compensation was much more than the original tickets prices. The team replied to all my emails quickly, providing necessary updates. Recommend using them in case your flight had a delay.

My flight from Yerevan to Vienna was delayed for 14 hours. As a result i missed my final destination all together, as the connecting flight was the only one available and no alternative was found. Compensair got me a compensation from Austrian Airlines through very easy process. It took 1.5 months to receive the amount. I am very happy it was taken care of by someone who knows what they are doing and i didnt end up claiming the compensation by myself. Thank you. The only downside was that according to law the the amount of compensation should be higher and i didnt get the explanation why it is not the maximum amount. And it was paid in usd instead of eur.

My flight Dusseldorf-Munich was canceled so I got stuck in Munchen stayed overnight in a hotel and took a flight the next day to Krakow. To my surprise, my request for a refund was denied by many companies. Only Compensair managed it and I finally got my refund thanks to them.

Travellers BEWARE!! I’m really surprised that UK gov let this Russian company to operate (although stated operate outside Russia – Singapore & London offices). It’s all misleading and I think my husband got the link when our BA flight was cancelled. In all panicking, my husband was trying to help by submitting a claim while I was doing it via BA website & Admiral (travel insurance). There’s nothing stated clearly that (1) Submit compensation claim via your airline first (2) Compensair charge 30% fee even if the claim is being pursued independently by yourself directly with the airline You better off submitting the claim directly with the airline and won’t get charge for it. If the airline rejected your claim, it is very very unlikely Compensair can help you anyway. It’s totally absurd that Compensair did nothing but requesting us to pay them 30% fee despite the claim was approved by BA directly against my direct submission to them and not via Compensair.

Terrible experience, almost a year ago the airline agreed to pay and you MUST fill a form so the airline transfers the money to Compensair. I did so, and never saw my money. For me thats way more than shady. Watch out!

Молодцы ребята, сработали отлично и очень быстро. Заявка на возмещение денежных средств за отмену рейса Турецких Авиалиний была отправлена мной 19.10.2021, а 13.01.22 деньги были на моём счету. К документам,которые запрашивали Compensair, были все данные об отмененном самолёта, копии билетов, паспортные данные,копии паспортов, данные моего счета. Сумма,которую Compensair отсудила у Турецких авиалиний составила 1800€ за троих,30% от данной суммы-вознаграждение Compensair за проделанную работу,остальное моё. Без забот и хлопот. Изначально, я была скептически настроенна и не очень верила в успешное и честное завершения данного дела, но в конечном итоге все закончилось благополучно. Все счастливы. Наверное моя история будет рекордсменом по длительности получения компенсации. Летом 2016 года “Аэрофлот” отменил рейс Дрезден-Москва, на котором должны были лететь мы с женой, и вместо него нас перевезли в Берлин и посадили на собственный рейс оттуда, в Москву попали с задержкой часов 7 (точно уже не помню), помню что из-за этого мы (а с нами и ещё 2 родственника, которые ждали нас с документами) пропустили следующий рейс (другой авиакомпании, так что Аэрофлоту ничего предъявить было невозможно). Ни на что особо не надеясь, обратились в Compensair. Периодически, раз в год или 2 получали от них сообщения (то с чем то согласиться, то ответить, что готовы продолжать “дело” или что-то вроде того). Давно уже и думать забыли… В общем в декабре 2021 пришло сообщение, что нам готовы перечислить 600 евро, что и выполнили (в рублях) на следующий день после того, как мы ввели реквизиты счетов. Если вспомнить, то примерно столько же мы потратили на билеты, которые нам пришлось докупать самостоятельно из-за того, что пропустили следующий рейс. Очень приятно, что даже спустя столько времени про нас не забыли и довели дело до конца. В общем, всё правда, могу с уверенностью рекомендовать эту компанию (да и в общем то особого выбора у нас и нет, авиакомпании даже разговаривать не хотят на эту тему, мы пытались обращаться)

В 2019 году задержали наш рейс Turkish airlines, целых на 35 часов. Первое время ждали очень, постоянно заходили на сайт, были на связи с консультантами, и в какой то момент просто забили. After being denied for a compensation when I directly contacted Turkish Airlines. I got in contact with Compensair. They go all the way, into court as well. After a bit more then 2 years I got my compensation on my account. Excellent job this team does.

Более 2.5 лет ждём компенсации за задержанный на сутки рейс Vueling от Compensair. На самом деле, я понимаю, что ответственности у Compensair нет абсолютно никакой. Мы предоставили им все необходимые документы, а они нам не дали никакого подтверждения своей деятельности, например номера судебного дела. Мы вынуждены верить только их словам. Я не вижу никакой гарантии того, что они ведут дела честно. Советую все- таки в таких случаях обращаться в авиакомпанию напрямую. Наверное шанс поучения компенсации будет выше.

Almost 2,5 years ago I submitted a simple case to be taken care of by Compensair. In the meantime I have heard from you only to repeatedly submit some paperwork, including my passport. Мы должны были вылететь Москва – Дубай Номер рейса: TK760 2020-10-10 , авиакомпанией Turkish Airlines (TK) ,( Москва – Стамбул , Стамбул – Дубай) , за 35 часов авиакомпания Turkish Airlines (TK), оповещает нас , что плечо Стамбул – Дубай отменяется, мы не смогли осуществить свой отпуск т. к нам даже не предложили альтернативный рейс , за такое короткое время билеты не возможно найти или за очень не подъемные денежные средства, мы подали претензию в Compensair , ждали ответа почти год, и 01.10.2021 г. , нам пришел ответ , что наше дело закрыто , в связи с тем, что по причине не зависящей от авиакомпании Turkish Airlines (TK), рейс был отменен, Ответ не понятен, более того , что рейсы Москва – Стамбул осуществлялись и год назад и по сегодняшний день, напрашивается мысль , что на тот момент у авиакомпании Turkish Airlines (TK),не было авиасообщения и нам продали за ведомо ложные билеты. Compensair , нам ответил Деньги не положены , хотя мы им выслали все доказательства . Не советую тратить время, Compensair, не в силах , доказать авиакомпаниям , может у них просто слабые юристы?

Two years ago my flight from Budapest-Moscow-Almaty was delayed. Then I found Compensair and sent my request just to see if it works. I didn’t believe that it would work, but after 2 years I got my compensation. Of course, it took a long time, but having compensation is worth it. Thanks to all Compensair team.

They say that my flight from Istanbul to Moscow is not allowed for compensation, but in fact they just don’t want to work with Montreal Convention, because it is hard. They just accept only EU flights, because it is easier. Useless and lazy company in case your flight is not in EU.

Вот уже два года прошло как я, по совету знакомых, обратилась в данную компанию, регулярный рейс Турецких авиалиний был задержан более шести часов, о чем я подробно описала, приложила все запрашиваемые документы. В течении этого времени неоднократно запрашивала о ходе дела, всегда получала отписки в плане “обращались в авиакомпанию, подали в суд” и т.д., а по прошествии двух лет мне задают вопрос задержали рейс или отменили. Так как назвать эту “работу” на протяжении двух лет? Через некоторое время получаю ответ, что мой случай не попадает под действие регламента, хотя в самом начале сообщали, что все нормально и вполне реально получить компенсацию. Вот такое вот отношение, такая “работа”. Так что ищите более надежные варианты, если хотите, чтобы Ваш вопрос о компенсации был решен, обращайтесь к более надежным помощникам. After my cancelled Wizzair flight and negative reply for a compensation from Wizzair customer support I have contacted with Compensair. Two months later 175 euros out of 250 euros arrived to my account. Communication with Compensair was ideal and really fast. I would highly recommend if you want to save time and you are ready to pay 30% of your compensation for this.

Ужасная компания. Не обращайтесь ни в коем случае, уже более 2-х лет жду от них хоть кагого ответа. Ничего. Когда обращаюсь с письмлм всегда один и тот же ответ. “Наши юристы работают” и все.

When you complete a request for compensation for flight delay or cancellation, they will ask the airline to pay the compensation, the airline will refuse, but compensair will not go to court or the authorities in order to protect your rights. This means you should claim your compensation yourself directly from the airline. My experience with claiming compensations was the following: 1. Vueling agreed to pay when contacted directly 2. Air Baltic refused with a contrived reason and Compensair couldn`t do anything 3. With Finnair, Compensair couldn`t do anything, but I received 50 euro directly as a compensation for extra expenses, without Compensair help 4. Wizz Air refused to pay when contacted directly, and I doubt that Compensair will be able to do something Compensair can`t even explain why I can`t get a compensation in my case – they simply say that the flight was cancelled due extraordinary circumstances, without describing which.

Ower flight was delayed and we decided to contact compensair to get the compensation. So we signed a couple of documents. Sent them screenshots of tickets and forgot about it. What a surprise it was to receive 200 euros after a couple of years. Good work

Долго и безрезультатно. Будут заговаривать зубы и ничего не делать. Лично мне сейчас “возвращают” деньги более года. Одни их сотрудники пишут, что дело с июня находится в суде города Софии (собирался лететь Bulgaria Air) и рассмотрение планируется до конца лета (сейчас конец сентября). Другие сотрудники пишут, что нет… юристы до сих пор решают вопрос в досудебном порядке. А авиакомпания сообщила при моем личном обращении, что деньги им были перечислены еще в июне. Вот такие помощники. Не обращайтесь к ним.

Получил компенсацию за себя и жену, востребованную с Алиталия за задержку рейса по претензии, поданной ещё два года назад. Длительное ожидание списываю на ковид и сложности, связанные с ним. Респект и уважение Компенсэйр за их работу, жду от них очередной компенсации от Эйр Френс.

Не обращайтесь ни в коем случае! Пытайтесь сами добиться компенсации от авиакомпании. Это шарашкина контора и развод. Уверен что отзывы они сами о себе пишут. На деле мою заявку не могут ни как рассмотреть аж с февраля, мол вообще дело в работе. Вот только авиакомпания мне ответила что уже все давно выплатила на счета compensair. P.S. После получения ответа на этот комментарий у меня почему то нет возможности ответить, но есть возможность дополнить свой предыдущий комментарий. Дорогой Compensair. Во первых, вы должны знать что у вас происходит, как вы говорите, в вашем «финансовом отделе», а во вторых, к вам обращаются что бы сэкономить время, а не потратить его в бесконечных переписках с вами и с авиакомпанией. В третьих, если вы отвечаете: «авиакомпания согласилась выплатить компенсацию», а через три месяца пишете: «ждём ответа от авиакомпании», а ещё через три: «авиакомпания отказывается платить» то это уже вас характеризует как недобросовестную организацию. Поскольку авиакомпания обязана ответить на все письма в течении 3 недель, не более. К вам уже были направлены все письма и думаю, вам это известно. Следующий шаг это адвокат с иском на вас.

Sans Compensair et leurs avocats, il est quasiment impossible d’obtenir réparation par soi même. J’en ai fait l’expérience avec IBERIA. Обратился в Compensair первый раз все было вежливо и понятно на их сайте. Фирм много выбирал по отзывам. Сам не верил но это мне ничего не стоило. Самолёт уже был на прогреве и вдруг всё заглушили и попросили всех выйти. Сломался. Наверно хорошо что так произошло перед взлётом. Вылет перенесли на следующий день. Фирма сделала свою работу и была получена компенсация. Спасибо что есть такие люди кто этим занимается!

I tried with these guys several times in the past, it did not work, but the circumstances around the flights were different. This time I didn`t count on anything positive much, but amazingly: I filed the papers with Compensair 15 min after I learned about the 3h5m delay of my flight, and 4 months later I am notified by them that they will send me the money (minus 30%, of c, which I knew of and is even not so much for the job they do!)!And 1 day after I see the money landing on my account. So this time I have nothing but praise for them! Way to go!

Одни факты: 19го марта 2020 не полетела ЭрФранс (20го президент объявил карантин). Обратилась за помощью в Compensair – с меня взяли подпись, что я разрешаю обратиться и ПОЛУЧИТЬ компенсацию. Через пару месяцев сообщение: ЭрФранс вам отказали, мы подаём иск в суд. ГОД спустя – ЭрФранс вам отказали, мы закрываем ваше дело. Это после штук 6 напоминаний и каждый раз одинаковые отписки – рассмотрение занимает от 3 до 6 мес, потом от 6 до 12 мес. И НИ ОДНОГО документа! Ни об отказе ЭрФранс, ни о передаче дела в суд, ни об отказе суда: нет возможности внутренние документы разглашать. Даже по твоему делу тебе ничего не покажут. Подробности: сама я не смогла обратиться в ЭрФранс, так как купила билет через агентство. НО: электронный чек у меня выписан на ЭрФранс, агенство даже не видело этих денег. И с таким свидетельством проиграть иск? Самое вероятное – Compensair просто прикарманивает крупные суммы (мой билет был 1000евро), возвращая билеты по 100-200евро.

Спасибо, получила на днях выплату компенсации. За свои услуги берут 30%.

Обратился за компенсацией за задержку рейса в 2018 году из Болгарии в Россию, более чем на 5 часов. Работа с авиакомпанией затянулась, но по итогу компенсацию выплатили в 2021 году, спустя 3 года. Прекрасная компания! Получили компенсацию, правда через три года после полёта, но юристы компании молодцы, не бросили наше дело, боролись до конца. Мы довольны! Желаем вам процветания и успехов в работе!

Рейс был аж в 17ом году, подала заявку сразу же – 2 года статус не менялся, исходя из того что срок годности заканчивался и я рисковала вообще остаться без денег -отправилась в эйрхелп, компенсейр не счет нужным информировать меня о статусе моей ситуации. В итоге в 19ом эйрхелп выбил мне компенсацию в 250 евро из которых 50% они забрали себе, а теперь вот в 21ом и компенсэйр решил взять свои 25% по сути ничего не сделав. В итоге из 250 евро мне достались порядка 60ти. Может кому-то и выплачивают быстро – тут не мой кейс абсолютно. Вывод: сюда не ногой, прошло почти 4 года и никаких телодвижений не наблюдалось – только кроме заплатите. Плюс еще нюанс – если авиакомпания добровольно все возместит, компенсэйр тоже заявит свои требования на эти деньги, даже если ничего не сделают.

Дело было лет 6-7 назад. В Барселоне задержали рейс на 3 часа, в итоге еще и на другой самолет посадили. Вообщем, наткнулся в интернете на рекламу этой организации и подал заявку. Я и не думал, что все удастся, однако все это время команда Compensair вела мое дело, иногда присылая документы на подпись или просила прислать сканы своих документов. В итоге я получил компенсацию, пусть и через 6 лет, но это того стоило) Спасибо большое вам, уважаемые Compensair)

Два года ждала компенсацию. Рейс был задержан более чем на 10 часов. Морочили голову, пока авиакомпания не стала банкротом. И теперь, в связи с этим, авиакомпания отказывается выплачивать компенсацию. Организация нулевая. Согласно правил, эта организация обещает в течение 2х месяцев разрешить вопрос с авиакомпанией, но по факту только через год, они якобы подали в суд. Никакой информации, никаких документов, ничего. Зря потраченное время. Лучше бы обратилась к другим и получила компенсацию вовремя.

Делал заявку по задержке рейса 29.05.20 и с тех пор никаких сдвижек. Прошло уже 1.5 года, а мне все говорят, что когда-то вам напишет юрист. Другие пассажиры, которые пользовались иными площадками для возврата, уже давно получили свои деньги. А эти все кормят завтраками

Hi all, My case is over 2 years old and whenever I chase compensair I get the same answer – it is in a queue to be sent to the court. They have never got in touch with me; I was the one who kept chasing for an update. After 2 years I still have not received compensation or at least a plan on how we can get it and what is the actual status of the case. Very very poor communication and no activity on the case at all. I would not suggest using this company, as there is no customer service.

Обратилась в компанию в марте 2019, задержка рейса Спб-Барселона. Информацию о том, что готовят иск в суд, специалисты компании сообщают мне с октября 2019 года. Мне кажется почти 2,5 года довольно долгий срок для составления обращения. Работой компании не довольна. Лучше сделайте работу!

After 10 month of waiting compensair transfered money to my account. Need to mention, that communication with team was great, they were always available. The only disappointing thing was that they didn’t warn me about 30% that they take from refund, which was big surprise. You need to talk about is before you start process,not when you transfer money, simple negotiation. Besides that thank you compensair team.

After some frustrating months battling on my own to get compensation, I went through the process of submitting a request through Compensair, though NOT going through with my application when I realized in the small prints, that the payment was 10% of the refund. All these months I heard nothing from them anyway, and no trace of the officialisation of my “commitment” to them, and after mails and tweets back and forth with my TRAVEL AGENT, THEY told me that Iberia had finally agreed to go on processing my reimbursement. End of April, I FINALLY get my refund, and suddenly 3 weeks later, Compensair shows up to ask me to pay my fee !!!! This is an enormous crookery !!!! Shame on them !!!

В итоге всем кто обратился (по тому коду бронирования) уже давно все выплатили, а меня кормят обещаниями, и что до сих пор идёт суд, и авиакомпания не выплачивает деньги. Подала запрос напрямую в авиакомпанию, те в ответ прислали ответ с бумагой, о том что деньги уже давно направлены в компенсэйр. Уважаемые компенсэйр, где деньги?

Обнадёживают, обещают только вычеты процентов, а в итоге требуют выплату огромной суммы на оплату адвокадских услуг, так как дело не выиграли ! И всё это на законных основаниях !

Всем добрый день. Пока не могу сказать ничего плохого про данный сервис, т.к. его представители идут на контакт, ведут переговоры со мной, и так же быстро отвечают, когда я обращаюсь, что очень приятно. Один минус пока вижу, слишком все долго происходит. Но опять же, винить в этом Компенсэйр не могу, так как сам не по наслышке знаю, насколько долго может затягивтться выплата компенсаций авиакомпаниями. Один момент смущает: спустя более чем 1 год, от Компенсэйр пришло письмо, что компенсация получена, и мне необходимо указать реквизиты для ее получения, с вычетом комиссии. Реквизиты указал, заявку на выплату приняли, и указали, что деньги придут в течении 21 дня. Но прошло уже 3 месяца, и ничего. Пока надеюсь, что вина в этом не Компенсэйр. Жду дальше. Как только все закончится, поменяю отзыв и кол-во звёзд. А вот как и сколько, зависит уже от Компенсэйр. Всем добра и приятных путешествий)))

Ever since,one year now , everytime i ‘d ask if they have any update on my case ,i’d get the same answer : a legal action is being prepared on my application.Really? This has been happening for a year now and im really dissappointed.

Обратился в компанию год назад, ровно, через неделю начали приходить письма что деньги за рейс отменённый вернули, рейс кстати из Праги в том году был отменён. В итоге ничего не пришло, а вернули деньги мне сама авиакомпания, через год вы снова мне пишете на почту что деньги поступили и просите комиссию оплатить, не занимайтесь херней.

Вообще обнаглели! Не заделав не какой работы, они требуют 25% от суммы которую мы получили с помощью другой компании!!

При отмене рейсов в марте 2020г.по всему миру в отчаянии написала и в Compensair.Целый год переписывалась с Люфтганзой,отправляла письма с обращениями в суд.Каждые 2 недели методично клевала мозги всем,кому возможно.Наконец -то,в октябре(год спустя после приобретения билетов) Люфтганза прислала оператору платформы возврат.Еще с октября длилась моя претензионная работа по взысканию уже полученных денег с оператора на себя.И сегодня после всех годичных мытарств Compensair решил поучаствовать в дележе !Письмо с требованием оплаты прислали,дескать деньги получены.Причем здесь Команда Compensair??????С какого боку?Интернет -мошенники!Если вдруг еще придет от Команда Compensair какой-то знак,напишу еще на 100 сайтов,чтобы люди четко понимали процесс обмана.

Летели KLM из Цюриха в Калгари через Амстердам. По вине KLM не успели на стыковку – подал заявку в эту компанию. Подача заявки достаточно быстрая и простая процедура, все онлайн. В итоге после суда компании удалось добиться возмещения от KLM в 600€. Колл-центр отвечает быстрее в вотсапе, общался там по всем вопросам. Процесс не быстрый, нужно набраться терпения, у меня занял более года (у кого-то быстрее, у кого-то медленнее), но и про процедуру я забыл и не принимал никакого участия. Деньги пришли только сегодня за вычетом комиссионных (25%). 4* за долгое ожидание перевода, после сообщения, что компания получила мои деньги от KLM, прошло около 4-5 месяцев до момента перевода. В остальном – отличный сервис. Благодарю за работу.

Хочу поделиться своим опытом: в июле 2020 должна была лететь в Турцию, но все отменилось.В Turkish Airlines совершенно невозможно было понять как получить компенсацию или ваучер. Случайно нашла сайт compensair.com и заполнила на нем заявку. Там бл выбор – заплатить какой-то процент от стоимости билета или 15 евро. Решила, что 15 евро не жаль. На некоторое время забыла обо всем этом и вдруг получила от них письмо с вопросом, вернули ли мне деньги. Посмотрела на карту – да! Все вернули. Огромное спасибо!

Задержка рейса турецких авиалиний. Май 2019 г. В Фейсбуке наткнулся на компенсэйр . Что пообещали. Выплатить компенсацию в размере 400 € каждому. Мне и жене. Подтвердили – получите по 400€ Ок. Всё сделал как надо. Жене пришла компенсация 300€ через некоторое время .Мне также 300€ только через полтора года. В течении от этого времени переписка с компенсэйр . Вы получили и компенсацию по нашим данным . Просьба оплатить нам комиссию. На днях письмо. По нашим данным вы получили компенсацию 1200€ , просьба оплатить комиссию 150€.. То есть компенсацию мы получили не по 400€ а по 300€ Требуют оплатить… Это что за… 400- 25% компенсэйр это как раз 300€ Но нет оплатите 150€ … Компенсация пришла от турецких авиалиний . Не от компенсэйр.. Так , что подумайте прежде чем связываться с этой компанией. Считаю это введением в заблуждение. Обращаться в суд ?

It the airline does not respond within 30 days, we will consider to file a claim to consumer protection agencies Last updated on 2020-03-04 How you can see that now is 29.09.2020 and when i was asking the all the time saying that i need to wait they will conatct with me… already passed long time and no any information….. and when i asking to cancel the claim i will use other company the sendi me the agreement: According to the User Agreement : 2.6. The Client has the right to terminate the Contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of its conclusion unless Compensair sends relative documents to the airline within these 7 (seven) days. 2.13. The Agreement terminates, when: 2.13.1. Compensair has successfully recovered Compensation/Refund in accordance with the Client’s Case. The agreed sum was transferred to the Client with a deduction of an established Service Fee. 2.13.2. Compensair has established that it would be futile to continue to pursue the Case after conducting an in-depth review of the case and has advised the Client to stop further work. Dont use this company!

Great job! Could not ask for a better resolution, Wizzair initially refused to pay for a flight cancellation but Compensair managed to get a compensation from the airline. It took 6 months to resolve the case, but this was during pandemic so I am very pleased.

Everything was smooth and well, initially I tried to contact wizzair directly, but they refused to provide me compensation. Than I decided to use compensair and they were able to get my compensation after few month of hard work.

Задержали рейс а/к Ellinair EL710 Ираклион – Санкт-Петербург 08.07.2018г более чем на 20 часов. Решил напрямую в а/к не обращаться и воспользоваться услугами Compensair. На тот момент думал так будет легче. Ознакомился со всеми отзывами – на тот момент отрицательных отзывов почти не было. Результат – ожидаю компенсации до сих пор. Прошло уже более полутора лет. Что-то мне подсказывает, что моя компенсация уже была выплачена, но не дошла до меня. Может это и не так. Но пока не буду кричать, что Compensair мошенники. Подожду еще. Последний ответ от них – «заявка в очереди на подачу иска в суд». Может произойдет чудо:) На всякий случай сделаю запрос в а/к была ли произведена выплата в пользу Compensair по моему случаю. Надеюсь, предоставят информацию.

оформил заявку в октябре 2018 года. подтвердили что выплата положена. перелет милан – москва. билет alitalia, перевозчик аэрофлот. говорят что в досудебном порядке аэрофлот платить отказался. перелет обычный, прямой. задержка более 4-х часов. иск с тех пор так и не подали. ждут как я понял прецедента.. переодически задаю вопрос, ответ следующий – спасибо за ваше письмо. К сожалению, изменений по заявке нет, решение о передаче дела в суд еще не было принято. Как только появятся какие-либо новости, с вами свяжется юрист по электронной почте. где-то читал отзыв, что также не было результата, пока не человек самостоятельно не обратился в АК и не получил ответ, что compensair выплату получил, соответсвенно после предъявления им этой информации они перечислили компенсацию от АК (ссылку уже не найду, это более года назад было) Что мне думать про compensair?

Я должен был получить компенсацию за долгую задержку рейса, компенсацию выбили да только до меня она так и не дошла, после 10 месяцев тупых переписок с поддержкой и походы в банк, оказалось что в данные моего iban допустили ошибку и деньги отправились отправителю обратно. Compensair присвоил себе всю сумму компенсации и отбился от меня своим соглашением, где написано что они не за что не несут ответственности и вообще могут неохотно отвечать по своему желанию, проводить расследование на тему “куда делись деньги” они просто игнорируют и меняют тему. В общем думайте, надо ли оно вам.

They asked me to wait for 3 weeks after I paid their service fee, since then I still did not receive any amount of my compensation. Afterwards, I was asked to wait for one more week. Any explanation what is going on. I do not even know when I will receive my compensation..

Good service I received my compensation from airline. Though it was after a year but yet I did receive my money.

Claiming was a pretty easy process however after doing some research post claim. I found that I had received less than what a friend did when using a different agent for the same flight and claim. After the claim was accepted I had several emails reminding me about the agency’s cut of the money (which was also higher than the agent my friend used) even tho I was yet to receive it from the airline. Would recommend shopping around to get the best compensation available

In November 2018 my Iberia flight from Madrid to Santiago was late just a little bit 3 hours. Though it meant I arrived after midnight and had additional expenses. According to their homepage a case should take up to 20 weeks… 33 weeks have passed until now… The current status (updated after 32 weeks) says “We have filed a claim to a consumer protection agency. The agency’s decision may take from 6 to 12 months”… I don’t believe in getting any money back with compensair.

Took a long time to get the money back, cost a lot of extra time that I could have used to handle it myself. I did get something back, which is why it’s a two-star instead of a one-star rating. They claim their service is easy to use and it saves time from doing it yourself, but the process was so I’ll communicated, and (deliberately) stalled that I really would have save a lot of time and money to just do it myself. Their fee is high and they are not transparent about what exactly they receive back and what percentage of that they’ve charged. I really would advise to either use another agent or to do it yourself! Using Compensair’s services is truly a waste of time and money, and on top of all of that the communication is not friendly or transparent. Save yourself the headache.

My flight was cancelled in August 2022, which was very disappointing as I couldn’t see my family, and I just had 2 weeks off from work, and I haven’t seen my relatives for almost 2 years. The airlines didn’t do anything about it, they didn’t even bother to offer any alternatives either, so my holidays were basically spoiled. Compensair messaged me a couple of months later saying they would help me out with getting my compensation…to be honest, I thought it might be scam, but I decided to give a try and provided them with my cancelled flight details without giving my personal information away. I just got my money back! I personally filed a complaint to air company first (because of my canceled flight), but without success! After that, Compensair did the impossible – it recovered my money! It’s impossible to get compensation from Latvian airlines, but with the help of Compensair it became possible! I had a flight in September 2022, which was delayed for almost 24h. Today I got the compensation. It was worth the wait 🙂

Be aware of their service. They are not trust worthy. Their fee is 30%, it is too much. I was so stressful when my flight was cancelled and my friend sent me a link for this service. I filled the form and when returned home I filled the form to air company straight and in a few days I got compensation. But before it compensationair let me know that the company denied my compensation. I do not think that they did anything about it, they did not claim but received my third compensation for my.big mistake.Never could give them opportunity to earn money that I deserve. They did all the work for me and after 6-7 months I received a compensation from the airline. The only negative thought is they never explained how much their fee was and in the end I received less than I was initially shown. ( not sure if the figure they showed included the fee or not). But definitely worth it ! I recommend this company.

My travel agency won’t send me my booking information and itinerary and although I’ve sent Compensair a power of attorney they do not contact the travel agency by themselves. My friend registered the claim by himself directly with SAS and payment was made within a week and it’s a really simple procedure, would have I known. Do it by yourself, avoid these services that take large fees.

Highly recommend! Did not believe at all that there is any compensation available for 5h delayed flight from London to Las Palmas. Found their advert on Facebook and applied around 2nd august, today, before Christmas have received compensation for all our family.

Claimed a canceled flight on October 8th 2022, received a refund on November 15th 2022. All went good, although the manner of communication and the means of communication are strange and not obvious sometime (received an email from compensair.co instead of compensair.com asking to provide my ID and bank details to some unknown whatsapp number or directly replying to the email). At least submitting such details via website along with the claim would have looked much more decent.

We had a delay of our flight with Ryanair more than 5 hours in July. By means of Compensair we have received Compensation from the flight company. Best service and accuracy!

In july flew to Hungary with ryanair. Flights to go and come back to UK were delayed for longer than 2 hours each way. Compensair returned me 560 euros for the flights by the end of october. They kept a comission of 240 euros and did return 560 euros to us when no one else would do it thanks compensair 🙂

It has been four years since applying for compensation. There is still no result. I don’t recommend it.

In 3 weeks they took care of everything and my money is already in the bank account without having to worry about anything. When i reached out to easyjet they didnt even answered to my complain and with compensair in 3 weeks everything was solved.

Used such service for the first time. The claim does take a few months to be processed but I guess it’s absolutely fine as airline companies have to file the claim etc. I filled out the form in June and received money in September. The compensation was much more than the original tickets prices. The team replied to all my emails quickly, providing necessary updates. Recommend using them in case your flight had a delay.

My flight from Yerevan to Vienna was delayed for 14 hours. As a result i missed my final destination all together, as the connecting flight was the only one available and no alternative was found. Compensair got me a compensation from Austrian Airlines through very easy process. It took 1.5 months to receive the amount. I am very happy it was taken care of by someone who knows what they are doing and i didnt end up claiming the compensation by myself. Thank you. The only downside was that according to law the the amount of compensation should be higher and i didnt get the explanation why it is not the maximum amount. And it was paid in usd instead of eur.

Travellers BEWARE!! I’m really surprised that UK gov let this Russian company to operate (although stated operate outside Russia – Singapore & London offices). It’s all misleading and I think my husband got the link when our BA flight was cancelled. In all panicking, my husband was trying to help by submitting a claim while I was doing it via BA website & Admiral (travel insurance). There’s nothing stated clearly that (1) Submit compensation claim via your airline first (2) Compensair charge 30% fee even if the claim is being pursued independently by yourself directly with the airline You better off submitting the claim directly with the airline and won’t get charge for it. If the airline rejected your claim, it is very very unlikely Compensair can help you anyway. It’s totally absurd that Compensair did nothing but requesting us to pay them 30% fee despite the claim was approved by BA directly against my direct submission to them and not via Compensair.

My friend and I bought plane tickets to travel from Spain to New York in April 2020. Due to the pandemia, it became imposible. Молодцы ребята, сработали отлично и очень быстро. Заявка на возмещение денежных средств за отмену рейса Турецких Авиалиний была отправлена мной 19.10.2021, а 13.01.22 деньги были на моём счету. К документам,которые запрашивали Compensair, были все данные об отмененном самолёта, копии билетов, паспортные данные,копии паспортов, данные моего счета. Сумма,которую Compensair отсудила у Турецких авиалиний составила 1800€ за троих,30% от данной суммы-вознаграждение Compensair за проделанную работу,остальное моё. Без забот и хлопот. Изначально, я была скептически настроенна и не очень верила в успешное и честное завершения данного дела, но в конечном итоге все закончилось благополучно. Все счастливы. Наверное моя история будет рекордсменом по длительности получения компенсации. Летом 2016 года “Аэрофлот” отменил рейс Дрезден-Москва, на котором должны были лететь мы с женой, и вместо него нас перевезли в Берлин и посадили на собственный рейс оттуда, в Москву попали с задержкой часов 7 (точно уже не помню), помню что из-за этого мы (а с нами и ещё 2 родственника, которые ждали нас с документами) пропустили следующий рейс (другой авиакомпании, так что Аэрофлоту ничего предъявить было невозможно). Ни на что особо не надеясь, обратились в Compensair. Периодически, раз в год или 2 получали от них сообщения (то с чем то согласиться, то ответить, что готовы продолжать “дело” или что-то вроде того). Давно уже и думать забыли… В общем в декабре 2021 пришло сообщение, что нам готовы перечислить 600 евро, что и выполнили (в рублях) на следующий день после того, как мы ввели реквизиты счетов. Если вспомнить, то примерно столько же мы потратили на билеты, которые нам пришлось докупать самостоятельно из-за того, что пропустили следующий рейс. Очень приятно, что даже спустя столько времени про нас не забыли и довели дело до конца. В общем, всё правда, могу с уверенностью рекомендовать эту компанию (да и в общем то особого выбора у нас и нет, авиакомпании даже разговаривать не хотят на эту тему, мы пытались обращаться)

After being denied for a compensation when I directly contacted Turkish Airlines. I got in contact with Compensair. They go all the way, into court as well. After a bit more then 2 years I got my compensation on my account. Excellent job this team does.

Мы предоставили им все необходимые документы, а они нам не дали никакого подтверждения своей деятельности, например номера судебного дела. Мы вынуждены верить только их словам. Я не вижу никакой гарантии того, что они ведут дела честно. Советую все- таки в таких случаях обращаться в авиакомпанию напрямую. Наверное шанс поучения компенсации будет выше.

Almost 2,5 years ago I submitted a simple case to be taken care of by Compensair. In the meantime I have heard from you only to repeatedly submit some paperwork, including my passport. Мы должны были вылететь Москва – Дубай Номер рейса: TK760 2020-10-10 , авиакомпанией Turkish Airlines (TK) ,( Москва – Стамбул , Стамбул – Дубай) , за 35 часов авиакомпания Turkish Airlines (TK), оповещает нас , что плечо Стамбул – Дубай отменяется, мы не смогли осуществить свой отпуск т. к нам даже не предложили альтернативный рейс , за такое короткое время билеты не возможно найти или за очень не подъемные денежные средства, мы подали претензию в Compensair , ждали ответа почти год, и 01.10.2021 г. , нам пришел ответ , что наше дело закрыто , в связи с тем, что по причине не зависящей от авиакомпании Turkish Airlines (TK), рейс был отменен, Ответ не понятен, более того , что рейсы Москва – Стамбул осуществлялись и год назад и по сегодняшний день, напрашивается мысль , что на тот момент у авиакомпании Turkish Airlines (TK),не было авиасообщения и нам продали за ведомо ложные билеты. Compensair , нам ответил Деньги не положены , хотя мы им выслали все доказательства . Не советую тратить время, Compensair, не в силах , доказать авиакомпаниям , может у них просто слабые юристы?

Two years ago my flight from Budapest-Moscow-Almaty was delayed. Then I found Compensair and sent my request just to see if it works. I didn’t believe that it would work, but after 2 years I got my compensation. Of course, it took a long time, but having compensation is worth it. Thanks to all Compensair team.

They say that my flight from Istanbul to Moscow is not allowed for compensation, but in fact they just don’t want to work with Montreal Convention, because it is hard. They just accept only EU flights, because it is easier. Useless and lazy company in case your flight is not in EU.

Вот уже два года прошло как я, по совету знакомых, обратилась в данную компанию, регулярный рейс Турецких авиалиний был задержан более шести часов, о чем я подробно описала, приложила все запрашиваемые документы. В течении этого времени неоднократно запрашивала о ходе дела, всегда получала отписки в плане “обращались в авиакомпанию, подали в суд” и т.д., а по прошествии двух лет мне задают вопрос задержали рейс или отменили. Так как назвать эту “работу” на протяжении двух лет? Через некоторое время получаю ответ, что мой случай не попадает под действие регламента, хотя в самом начале сообщали, что все нормально и вполне реально получить компенсацию. Вот такое вот отношение, такая “работа”. Так что ищите более надежные варианты, если хотите, чтобы Ваш вопрос о компенсации был решен, обращайтесь к более надежным помощникам. After my cancelled Wizzair flight and negative reply for a compensation from Wizzair customer support I have contacted with Compensair. Two months later 175 euros out of 250 euros arrived to my account. Communication with Compensair was ideal and really fast. I would highly recommend if you want to save time and you are ready to pay 30% of your compensation for this.

Ужасная компания. Не обращайтесь ни в коем случае, уже более 2-х лет жду от них хоть кагого ответа. Ничего. Когда обращаюсь с письмлм всегда один и тот же ответ. “Наши юристы работают” и все.

When you complete a request for compensation for flight delay or cancellation, they will ask the airline to pay the compensation, the airline will refuse, but compensair will not go to court or the authorities in order to protect your rights. This means you should claim your compensation yourself directly from the airline. My experience with claiming compensations was the following: 1. Vueling agreed to pay when contacted directly 2. Air Baltic refused with a contrived reason and Compensair couldn`t do anything 3. With Finnair, Compensair couldn`t do anything, but I received 50 euro directly as a compensation for extra expenses, without Compensair help 4. Wizz Air refused to pay when contacted directly, and I doubt that Compensair will be able to do something Compensair can`t even explain why I can`t get a compensation in my case – they simply say that the flight was cancelled due extraordinary circumstances, without describing which.

Ower flight was delayed and we decided to contact compensair to get the compensation. So we signed a couple of documents. Sent them screenshots of tickets and forgot about it. What a surprise it was to receive 200 euros after a couple of years. Good work

Долго и безрезультатно. Будут заговаривать зубы и ничего не делать. Лично мне сейчас “возвращают” деньги более года. Одни их сотрудники пишут, что дело с июня находится в суде города Софии (собирался лететь Bulgaria Air) и рассмотрение планируется до конца лета (сейчас конец сентября). Другие сотрудники пишут, что нет… юристы до сих пор решают вопрос в досудебном порядке. А авиакомпания сообщила при моем личном обращении, что деньги им были перечислены еще в июне. Вот такие помощники. Не обращайтесь к ним.

Получил компенсацию за себя и жену, востребованную с Алиталия за задержку рейса по претензии, поданной ещё два года назад. Длительное ожидание списываю на ковид и сложности, связанные с ним. Респект и уважение Компенсэйр за их работу, жду от них очередной компенсации от Эйр Френс.

Не обращайтесь ни в коем случае! Пытайтесь сами добиться компенсации от авиакомпании. Это шарашкина контора и развод. Уверен что отзывы они сами о себе пишут. На деле мою заявку не могут ни как рассмотреть аж с февраля, мол вообще дело в работе. Вот только авиакомпания мне ответила что уже все давно выплатила на счета compensair. P.S. После получения ответа на этот комментарий у меня почему то нет возможности ответить, но есть возможность дополнить свой предыдущий комментарий. Дорогой Compensair. Во первых, вы должны знать что у вас происходит, как вы говорите, в вашем «финансовом отделе», а во вторых, к вам обращаются что бы сэкономить время, а не потратить его в бесконечных переписках с вами и с авиакомпанией. В третьих, если вы отвечаете: «авиакомпания согласилась выплатить компенсацию», а через три месяца пишете: «ждём ответа от авиакомпании», а ещё через три: «авиакомпания отказывается платить» то это уже вас характеризует как недобросовестную организацию. Поскольку авиакомпания обязана ответить на все письма в течении 3 недель, не более. К вам уже были направлены все письма и думаю, вам это известно. Следующий шаг это адвокат с иском на вас.

Sans Compensair et leurs avocats, il est quasiment impossible d’obtenir réparation par soi même. J’en ai fait l’expérience avec IBERIA. Обратился в Compensair первый раз все было вежливо и понятно на их сайте. Фирм много выбирал по отзывам. Сам не верил но это мне ничего не стоило. Самолёт уже был на прогреве и вдруг всё заглушили и попросили всех выйти. Сломался. Наверно хорошо что так произошло перед взлётом. Вылет перенесли на следующий день. Фирма сделала свою работу и была получена компенсация. Спасибо что есть такие люди кто этим занимается!

I tried with these guys several times in the past, it did not work, but the circumstances around the flights were different. This time I didn`t count on anything positive much, but amazingly: I filed the papers with Compensair 15 min after I learned about the 3h5m delay of my flight, and 4 months later I am notified by them that they will send me the money (minus 30%, of c, which I knew of and is even not so much for the job they do!)!And 1 day after I see the money landing on my account. So this time I have nothing but praise for them! Way to go!

Одни факты: 19го марта 2020 не полетела ЭрФранс (20го президент объявил карантин). Обратилась за помощью в Compensair – с меня взяли подпись, что я разрешаю обратиться и ПОЛУЧИТЬ компенсацию. Через пару месяцев сообщение: ЭрФранс вам отказали, мы подаём иск в суд. ГОД спустя – ЭрФранс вам отказали, мы закрываем ваше дело. Это после штук 6 напоминаний и каждый раз одинаковые отписки – рассмотрение занимает от 3 до 6 мес, потом от 6 до 12 мес. И НИ ОДНОГО документа! Ни об отказе ЭрФранс, ни о передаче дела в суд, ни об отказе суда: нет возможности внутренние документы разглашать. Даже по твоему делу тебе ничего не покажут. Подробности: сама я не смогла обратиться в ЭрФранс, так как купила билет через агентство. НО: электронный чек у меня выписан на ЭрФранс, агенство даже не видело этих денег. И с таким свидетельством проиграть иск? Самое вероятное – Compensair просто прикарманивает крупные суммы (мой билет был 1000евро), возвращая билеты по 100-200евро.

Спасибо, получила на днях выплату компенсации. За свои услуги берут 30%.

Обратился за компенсацией за задержку рейса в 2018 году из Болгарии в Россию, более чем на 5 часов. Работа с авиакомпанией затянулась, но по итогу компенсацию выплатили в 2021 году, спустя 3 года. Прекрасная компания! Получили компенсацию, правда через три года после полёта, но юристы компании молодцы, не бросили наше дело, боролись до конца. Мы довольны! Желаем вам процветания и успехов в работе!

Рейс был аж в 17ом году, подала заявку сразу же – 2 года статус не менялся, исходя из того что срок годности заканчивался и я рисковала вообще остаться без денег -отправилась в эйрхелп, компенсейр не счет нужным информировать меня о статусе моей ситуации. В итоге в 19ом эйрхелп выбил мне компенсацию в 250 евро из которых 50% они забрали себе, а теперь вот в 21ом и компенсэйр решил взять свои 25% по сути ничего не сделав. В итоге из 250 евро мне достались порядка 60ти. Может кому-то и выплачивают быстро – тут не мой кейс абсолютно. Вывод: сюда не ногой, прошло почти 4 года и никаких телодвижений не наблюдалось – только кроме заплатите. Плюс еще нюанс – если авиакомпания добровольно все возместит, компенсэйр тоже заявит свои требования на эти деньги, даже если ничего не сделают.

Дело было лет 6-7 назад. В Барселоне задержали рейс на 3 часа, в итоге еще и на другой самолет посадили. Вообщем, наткнулся в интернете на рекламу этой организации и подал заявку. Я и не думал, что все удастся, однако все это время команда Compensair вела мое дело, иногда присылая документы на подпись или просила прислать сканы своих документов. В итоге я получил компенсацию, пусть и через 6 лет, но это того стоило) Спасибо большое вам, уважаемые Compensair)

Два года ждала компенсацию. Рейс был задержан более чем на 10 часов. Морочили голову, пока авиакомпания не стала банкротом. И теперь, в связи с этим, авиакомпания отказывается выплачивать компенсацию. Организация нулевая. Согласно правил, эта организация обещает в течение 2х месяцев разрешить вопрос с авиакомпанией, но по факту только через год, они якобы подали в суд. Никакой информации, никаких документов, ничего. Зря потраченное время. Лучше бы обратилась к другим и получила компенсацию вовремя.

Делал заявку по задержке рейса 29.05.20 и с тех пор никаких сдвижек. Прошло уже 1.5 года, а мне все говорят, что когда-то вам напишет юрист. Другие пассажиры, которые пользовались иными площадками для возврата, уже давно получили свои деньги. А эти все кормят завтраками

Hi all, My case is over 2 years old and whenever I chase compensair I get the same answer – it is in a queue to be sent to the court. They have never got in touch with me; I was the one who kept chasing for an update. After 2 years I still have not received compensation or at least a plan on how we can get it and what is the actual status of the case. Very very poor communication and no activity on the case at all. I would not suggest using this company, as there is no customer service.

After 10 month of waiting compensair transfered money to my account. Need to mention, that communication with team was great, they were always available. The only disappointing thing was that they didn’t warn me about 30% that they take from refund, which was big surprise. You need to talk about is before you start process,not when you transfer money, simple negotiation. Besides that thank you compensair team.

After some frustrating months battling on my own to get compensation, I went through the process of submitting a request through Compensair, though NOT going through with my application when I realized in the small prints, that the payment was 10% of the refund. All these months I heard nothing from them anyway, and no trace of the officialisation of my “commitment” to them, and after mails and tweets back and forth with my TRAVEL AGENT, THEY told me that Iberia had finally agreed to go on processing my reimbursement. End of April, I FINALLY get my refund, and suddenly 3 weeks later, Compensair shows up to ask me to pay my fee !!!! This is an enormous crookery !!!! Shame on them !!!

В итоге всем кто обратился (по тому коду бронирования) уже давно все выплатили, а меня кормят обещаниями, и что до сих пор идёт суд, и авиакомпания не выплачивает деньги. Подала запрос напрямую в авиакомпанию, те в ответ прислали ответ с бумагой, о том что деньги уже давно направлены в компенсэйр. Уважаемые компенсэйр, где деньги?

Пока не могу сказать ничего плохого про данный сервис, т.к. его представители идут на контакт, ведут переговоры со мной, и так же быстро отвечают, когда я обращаюсь, что очень приятно. Один минус пока вижу, слишком все долго происходит. Но опять же, винить в этом Компенсэйр не могу, так как сам не по наслышке знаю, насколько долго может затягивтться выплата компенсаций авиакомпаниями. Один момент смущает: спустя более чем 1 год, от Компенсэйр пришло письмо, что компенсация получена, и мне необходимо указать реквизиты для ее получения, с вычетом комиссии. Реквизиты указал, заявку на выплату приняли, и указали, что деньги придут в течении 21 дня. Но прошло уже 3 месяца, и ничего. Пока надеюсь, что вина в этом не Компенсэйр. Жду дальше. Как только все закончится, поменяю отзыв и кол-во звёзд. А вот как и сколько, зависит уже от Компенсэйр. Всем добра и приятных путешествий)))

Hi! March last year i got a ticket cancelled,a few days later i got in contact with compensair. Ever since,one year now , everytime i ‘d ask if they have any update on my case ,i’d get the same answer : a legal action is being prepared on my application.Really? This has been happening for a year now and im really dissappointed.

Обратился в компанию год назад, ровно, через неделю начали приходить письма что деньги за рейс отменённый вернули, рейс кстати из Праги в том году был отменён. В итоге ничего не пришло, а вернули деньги мне сама авиакомпания, через год вы снова мне пишете на почту что деньги поступили и просите комиссию оплатить, не занимайтесь херней.

Задержка рейса была в январе 2019, два года переписок, разного рода документов, а потом сообщение, что деньги были перечислены, хотя, никаких средств не поступило на специально открытый для этого действа счет и требование выплатить 25%. Я бы и рад, но 25% от ноля это ж ноль. Пока ответа вразумительного не получил.

Вообще обнаглели! Не заделав не какой работы, они требуют 25% от суммы которую мы получили с помощью другой компании!!

При отмене рейсов в марте 2020г.по всему миру в отчаянии написала и в Compensair.Целый год переписывалась с Люфтганзой,отправляла письма с обращениями в суд.Каждые 2 недели методично клевала мозги всем,кому возможно.Наконец -то,в октябре(год спустя после приобретения билетов) Люфтганза прислала оператору платформы возврат.Еще с октября длилась моя претензионная работа по взысканию уже полученных денег с оператора на себя.И сегодня после всех годичных мытарств Compensair решил поучаствовать в дележе !Письмо с требованием оплаты прислали,дескать деньги получены.Причем здесь Команда Compensair??????С какого боку?Интернет -мошенники!Если вдруг еще придет от Команда Compensair какой-то знак,напишу еще на 100 сайтов,чтобы люди четко понимали процесс обмана.

Летели KLM из Цюриха в Калгари через Амстердам. По вине KLM не успели на стыковку – подал заявку в эту компанию. Подача заявки достаточно быстрая и простая процедура, все онлайн. В итоге после суда компании удалось добиться возмещения от KLM в 600€. Колл-центр отвечает быстрее в вотсапе, общался там по всем вопросам. Процесс не быстрый, нужно набраться терпения, у меня занял более года (у кого-то быстрее, у кого-то медленнее), но и про процедуру я забыл и не принимал никакого участия. Деньги пришли только сегодня за вычетом комиссионных (25%). 4* за долгое ожидание перевода, после сообщения, что компания получила мои деньги от KLM, прошло около 4-5 месяцев до момента перевода. В остальном – отличный сервис. Благодарю за работу.

Хочу поделиться своим опытом: в июле 2020 должна была лететь в Турцию, но все отменилось.В Turkish Airlines совершенно невозможно было понять как получить компенсацию или ваучер. Случайно нашла сайт compensair.com и заполнила на нем заявку. Там бл выбор – заплатить какой-то процент от стоимости билета или 15 евро. Решила, что 15 евро не жаль. На некоторое время забыла обо всем этом и вдруг получила от них письмо с вопросом, вернули ли мне деньги. Посмотрела на карту – да! Все вернули. Огромное спасибо!

Задержка рейса турецких авиалиний. Май 2019 г. В Фейсбуке наткнулся на компенсэйр . Что пообещали. Выплатить компенсацию в размере 400 € каждому. Мне и жене. Подтвердили – получите по 400€ Ок. Всё сделал как надо. Жене пришла компенсация 300€ через некоторое время .Мне также 300€ только через полтора года. В течении от этого времени переписка с компенсэйр . Вы получили и компенсацию по нашим данным . Просьба оплатить нам комиссию. На днях письмо. По нашим данным вы получили компенсацию 1200€ , просьба оплатить комиссию 150€.. То есть компенсацию мы получили не по 400€ а по 300€ Требуют оплатить… Это что за… 400- 25% компенсэйр это как раз 300€ Но нет оплатите 150€ … Компенсация пришла от турецких авиалиний . Не от компенсэйр.. Так , что подумайте прежде чем связываться с этой компанией. Считаю это введением в заблуждение. Обращаться в суд ?

It the airline does not respond within 30 days, we will consider to file a claim to consumer protection agencies Last updated on 2020-03-04 How you can see that now is 29.09.2020 and when i was asking the all the time saying that i need to wait they will conatct with me… already passed long time and no any information….. and when i asking to cancel the claim i will use other company the sendi me the agreement: According to the User Agreement : 2.6. The Client has the right to terminate the Contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of its conclusion unless Compensair sends relative documents to the airline within these 7 (seven) days. 2.13. The Agreement terminates, when: 2.13.1. Compensair has successfully recovered Compensation/Refund in accordance with the Client’s Case. The agreed sum was transferred to the Client with a deduction of an established Service Fee. 2.13.2. Compensair has established that it would be futile to continue to pursue the Case after conducting an in-depth review of the case and has advised the Client to stop further work. Dont use this company!

Great job! Last march 20th, I was in Vietnam, and my flight ticket was cancelled to go back at home. Flight Company didn’t accept to refund, only accept change flight date, I contact to Compensair, and they get it, totally amount Totally, recommend.

My flight to England was cancelled in April, due to the Covid-19, I contacted Austrian Airlines for a refund and was offered to make a re-booking, which I did not want, I sent a few emails and no reply, no answered calls. Great job! Could not ask for a better resolution, Wizzair initially refused to pay for a flight cancellation but Compensair managed to get a compensation from the airline. It took 6 months to resolve the case, but this was during pandemic so I am very pleased.

In my case it took more than a year to get the refund, but it’s worth it!

Everything was smooth and well, initially I tried to contact wizzair directly, but they refused to provide me compensation. Than I decided to use compensair and they were able to get my compensation after few month of hard work.

Пока только одна звезда. Возможно в скором времени поменяю свое мнение о Compensair. Расскажу про свой опыт взаимодействия с Compensair. Задержали рейс а/к Ellinair EL710 Ираклион – Санкт-Петербург 08.07.2018г более чем на 20 часов. Решил напрямую в а/к не обращаться и воспользоваться услугами Compensair. На тот момент думал так будет легче. Ознакомился со всеми отзывами – на тот момент отрицательных отзывов почти не было. Результат – ожидаю компенсации до сих пор. Прошло уже более полутора лет. Что-то мне подсказывает, что моя компенсация уже была выплачена, но не дошла до меня. Может это и не так. Но пока не буду кричать, что Compensair мошенники. Подожду еще. Последний ответ от них – «заявка в очереди на подачу иска в суд». Может произойдет чудо:) На всякий случай сделаю запрос в а/к была ли произведена выплата в пользу Compensair по моему случаю. Надеюсь, предоставят информацию.

оформил заявку в октябре 2018 года. подтвердили что выплата положена. перелет милан – москва. билет alitalia, перевозчик аэрофлот. говорят что в досудебном порядке аэрофлот платить отказался. перелет обычный, прямой. задержка более 4-х часов. иск с тех пор так и не подали. ждут как я понял прецедента.. переодически задаю вопрос, ответ следующий – спасибо за ваше письмо. К сожалению, изменений по заявке нет, решение о передаче дела в суд еще не было принято. Как только появятся какие-либо новости, с вами свяжется юрист по электронной почте. где-то читал отзыв, что также не было результата, пока не человек самостоятельно не обратился в АК и не получил ответ, что compensair выплату получил, соответсвенно после предъявления им этой информации они перечислили компенсацию от АК (ссылку уже не найду, это более года назад было) Что мне думать про compensair?

Я должен был получить компенсацию за долгую задержку рейса, компенсацию выбили да только до меня она так и не дошла, после 10 месяцев тупых переписок с поддержкой и походы в банк, оказалось что в данные моего iban допустили ошибку и деньги отправились отправителю обратно. Compensair присвоил себе всю сумму компенсации и отбился от меня своим соглашением, где написано что они не за что не несут ответственности и вообще могут неохотно отвечать по своему желанию, проводить расследование на тему “куда делись деньги” они просто игнорируют и меняют тему. В общем думайте, надо ли оно вам.

Compensair helped me to receive compensation for new ticket because of cancelled flight. Compensair’s team did it’s job professionally.

Paid comission and not received compensation for month. Lack of communication among Customer Service and client. Still do not know when I will receive my compensation. They asked me to wait for 3 weeks after I paid their service fee, since then I still did not receive any amount of my compensation. Afterwards, I was asked to wait for one more week. Any explanation what is going on. I do not even know when I will receive my compensation..

Good service I received my compensation from airline. Though it was after a year but yet I did receive my money.

Claiming was a pretty easy process however after doing some research post claim. I found that I had received less than what a friend did when using a different agent for the same flight and claim. After the claim was accepted I had several emails reminding me about the agency’s cut of the money (which was also higher than the agent my friend used) even tho I was yet to receive it from the airline. Would recommend shopping around to get the best compensation available

Extremely easy and straightforward process to submit my claim and I was able to receive the maximum settlement back from them which was a great bonus!

After 6 months of waiting, absolutley nothing happened and i claim directly the airline and they refunded my money very fast. After 4 months after i got my money from the airline, Compensair asked for money for job they didn’t even do. Me and my friends will never use their services again !!!

I have paid unnecessary commission to the compensair. as I have already received payment from another third party which was constantly in touch with me and was updating me with the process, unlike Compensair. Compensair contacted me after the payment is received which implicate the fraud and I am quite disappointed as I had to pay a service charge for service which I did not receive.
