UPDATE: I have solved the problem with the help of both my bank’s and Air Help’s support (which i must say was extremely nice and helpful!!!) and the transaction finally went through (i had not sent the SWIFT IBAN initially, my mistake). I gave the rating 4 out of 5 because i wasn’t contacted by Air Help when the transfer had not managed to went through initially, leaving me to wait more than necessary to contact them myself.
