Yes, Southwest does offer vouchers for delays. Customers will receive a voucher for the full amount of their fare, plus any applicable taxes and fees. These vouchers will be valid for travel within 12 months of the original ticketed departure date. Customers need to request the voucher in writing directly with Customer Relations.
