“How to cancel flight with British Airways?”

To cancel your British Airways flight:

• Log in to Manage My Booking using your booking reference and last name.
• Select the flight you wish to cancel.
• Once in the cancellation section, check the box beside each flight to be cancelled.
• If the flight is eligible for a refund you will be notified and then you can select the refund amount.
• To confirm the cancellation you must provide contact details including an e-mail address.
• An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided, confirming the cancellation.
