When can you cancel a United flight?

United customers may cancel their flight up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure. This applies to all booking classes and includes both same day and future travel. To cancel your United flight, contact United Reservations by phone, log in to your account on united.com, or use the United app. Cancellations may be subject to refund policies and fees.
