The first step to canceling a flight on Southwest is to log in to your Rapid Rewards account. Once logged in, select the Flight tab, then check for flight reservations with the “Manage Reservations” option. From there, select your desired flight and cancel. If it’s within 24 hours of the original scheduled flight, you may also be able to cancel your flight directly from the confirmation page.
