How to cancel a Volaris flight?

You can cancel your Volaris flight either online or through the customer service center. To cancel online, login to your account, select “My Volaris”, and choose your bookings. From there, you will be able to locate the cancel option. If you need more help, call the customer service center. Make sure you have your confirmation code available when you call.
