What happens if Southwest Flight is cancelled?

If a Southwest Flight is cancelled, passengers will be notified by Southwest. They are responsible for providing alternate flights, rebooking fees and other reasonable expenses, such as meals and lodging. Passengers may also be eligible to receive a refund for the unused portion of their tickets. Southwest also offers a Flight Credit for future travel, if the customer chooses that option.
