What is the cancellation policy for Turkish Airlines?

Customers who wish to cancel a flight with Turkish Airlines must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If the cancellation is made from 7 to 24 hours before the departure time, a fee will be charged. Non-refundable tickets purchased at discounted rates cannot be cancelled. A full refund will be provided for those who have purchased a fully refundable ticket.
