Delta, what to do if flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled, you should contact Delta as soon as possible. Visit delta.com or the Fly Delta app to check on the status of your rebooking options and flight updates. As soon as you know your flight has been cancelled, call the Delta Alert Desk at 1-800-221-1212 to rebook your flight. You may be eligible for a refund or be re-routed to your destination. Customers with a Delta Vacations package should call 1-800-800-1504. As a result of travel impacts related to COVID-19, customers who booked their ticket by December 31, 2020, may be eligible for travel flexibility.
